Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least:

  • 24-hour notice for individual services
  • 48-hour notice for spa packages

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to provide proper notice may result in being charged the full service amount.

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you are unable to make your appointment, please call or leave a voicemail as soon as possible so we can assist with rescheduling.

Appointments that are not confirmed may be assumed canceled, so we kindly ask all guests to confirm scheduled appointments when contacted.

Spa Packages

Spa packages require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve appointments.

Changes or cancellations for spa packages require at least 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be charged the full service amount.

Spa Etiquette

To help create a relaxing experience for all guests, we recommend arriving:

  • 10 minutes early for appointments
  • 15 minutes early for spa packages

Late arrivals may shorten service time while still requiring full service payment.

To maintain a calm spa environment:

  • Please silence cell phones while in the spa area
  • We kindly ask that voices remain soft and respectful
  • Children are not permitted in the spa unless receiving a service appointment

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in service pricing. While never expected, gratuities are greatly appreciated. A customary gratuity is approximately 20%.

Spa on the Avenue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings

We reserve the right to refuse service when necessary

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service or purchase.
