Exchanges & Returns

We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges or store credit may be issued within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • Clothing must be unworn
  • Tags must be attached
  • Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry
  • Sale items

Gift Card Policy

All gift cards are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. After more than two missed appointments, clients may be required to prepay for future appointments.
